New Deskero feature: internal agents!


In order to help you offer a better service to your customers, we introduced a new useful feature: internal agents!

Deskero-logo-00We realized that you might need to give access to Deskero to administrative staff, coordinators and other staff members, which supervise the work and help other agents to solve the requests.

They are not in close contact with the customers, so they can’t be defined as agents; that’s why we conceived this kind of access that is free to all subscribers to Power Plan.

What can internal agent do?

  • Edit a ticket (change details and property)
  • Add attachment in a ticket
  • Insert notes in a ticket
  • Access to reports
  • Access to knowledge base
  • Chat with agents
