”It is wise to direct your anger towards problems – not people; to focus your energies on answers – not excuses.”
William Arthur Ward
Losing our temper is easy… but that’s entirely ok! Anger is not such a bad thing: if channeled in the right direction it can become a great source of will power. The only thing we should be extra careful not to do is letting our anger burst out upon other people: colleagues, supervisors… or worst of all customers.
If a customer makes us angry we should try to channel that feeling into finding a speedy answer to his problem: that will ease up his bad mood. And resolve our anger, too.
